Quilt City USA® Murals is a Paducah floodwall mural series featuring paintings of actual quilts. The mission is to educate viewers about the relevance and rich history of quilt making. Tanya Neitze, Assistant Professor at WKCTC's Paducah School of Art and Design, is creating the third in the series. She is painting on cloth-like strips at PSAD.
