Here is the recipe… 1/2 cup hot water water 2 teaspoons sugar 1/2 cup washing up liquid 1 cup of cold water Dissolve the sugar in the warm water. Add the washing up liquid to a bowl and slowly add the cooled down sugar mixture. Then slowly add the cold water.
